She assesses product that meets her design sensibility and aesthetic which include these factors: quality of material, exacting finish work, comfort and wearability, durability and stylish.
The goal is for Roo and Me to be a one stop shop for parents, grandparents and everyone who appreciates quality clothing and unique accessories.
About our name? An abandoned kitten run over by a car was found by two little girls, ages five and nine and somehow wound up with Tessa. After surgery to remove her ruined front shoulder and leg, she was walking/jumping on three legs in less than 24 hours! Roo inspired Tessa to follow her dreams, seeing her through graduate school and into her career.
The store is named for her.
